Change Membership Package

All memberships are billed 4 weekly, with the flexibility to cancel whenever you like. We offer three different package options, so you can select the one that best fits your family’s needs. Memberships can be upgraded at any time. For downgrading, if you’ve used perks or benefits specific to a package level, there’s a required minimum of three active months (three payments) at that level. If you wish to downgrade within three months and have used benefits outside of the downgraded package inclusions, the balance difference between the packages will be due and debited with your next payment.

For example, if you upgrade to the the all-access package and use the pause benefit to pause for six-weeks during term time, you will need to remain on that package for three active months (3 x payments) before downgrading. However, if you only use two weeks of pause, you’re eligible to downgrade to the flexi package anytime, as those benefits align with the flexi package allowances. However, downgrading to the basic package would still require three active months.
