Advanced workshops are designed for students who have achieved their Blue band or higher and wish to stay committed to their training over the holidays. Each week will have a specific focus…
- Week 1 (16th to 20th Dec) = Flips / Foam pit
- Week 2 (23rd to 27th Dec) = Vaults
- Week 3 (30th Dec to 3rd Jan) = Bars
- Week 4 (6th to 10th Jan) = Wall work
- Week 5 (13th to 17th Jan)= Flips / Foam pit
- Week 6 (20th to 24th Jan) = Vaults
- Week 7 (27th to 31st Jan) = Bars
Students must have received one of the following bands to attend:
Blue,
Purple,
Red,
Black.

School Holiday Class Schedule
Our school holiday flexi schedule will be in place from Monday 16th December 2024 to Friday 31st January 2025. With a total of 7 weeks holidays, members can book up to 7 workshops, with the flexibility to spread the sessions throughout the holiday period however you prefer.
