Advanced Workshop (9-17 BALCATTA)
Advanced workshops are designed for students who have achieved their blue band or higher and wish to stay committed to their training over the holidays. These sessions focus on high-level movements and progressions, helping students continue advancing their skills.
Students must have received one of the following bands to attend:
Blue
Purple
Red
Black
School Holiday Class Schedule
Our school holiday flexi schedule will be in place from Monday 22nd December 2025 to Sunday 1st February 2026. With a total break of 6 weeks, members will receive 6 tokens to book 6 workshops, with the flexibility to spread your sessions throughout the holiday period however you prefer.
Please note – Both gyms will be closed From Thursday 25th December to Friday 2nd January, and on Monday 26th January, for the public holiday.
IMPORTANT – Please ensure that you complete the checkout process after selecting your sessions. Bookings will not be finalised until checkout is complete.
