A Motion Parkour party is unlike any other birthday — packed with games, challenges, and unforgettable fun! For kids aged 6 and up.

 

Run, jump, climb, and vault with Australia’s best parkour coaches!  Motion Parkour parties are an exciting mix of learning cool new parkour moves and testing your skills with fun games and challenges (including favourites like Nerf Tag!).

 

Our experienced coaches keep things safe, engaging, and tailored to the group, so every child leaves not only with amazing memories but also with some cool new skills to show off. It’s the perfect blend of fun, fitness, and adventure — making your child’s special day one they’ll never forget!

Birthday Party FAQ

Everything you need to know to have an awesome party with us!

Booking & Payment

Q: How do we book a party?
Booking is super easy — everything is done online. Just pick your package, confirm the date, and secure it with payment. Boom, party sorted!

Q: Can we upgrade our package later?
Yep! If your guest list grows, just email us at least two weeks before the party and we’ll adjust things for you. If it’s closer than that, we’ll do our best depending on coach availability.

Group Sizes & Packages

Q: How many participants can we have?
We’ve got packages for every size crew:

  • Small Party: Up to 10 participants
  • Medium Party: 11–15 participants
  • Large Party: 16–20 participants
  • Extra Large Party: 21–25 participants

This includes the birthday star!

Q: What if we’re just one over the limit?
Sorry, but we can’t squeeze in “just one more.” If you go over, you’ll need to upgrade to the next package so we can keep coach-to-kid ratios safe and fun.

Ages & Age Range

Q: What ages are the parties for?
We run parties for kids aged 6–16. If your child is turning 6, it’s fine to invite a few 5-year-olds, but no one under 5 please. To keep things fair and fun, we recommend sticking to an age range within 2–3 years.

Arrival, Start Time & Cleanup

Q: What time should we arrive?
You and your guests are welcome to arrive anytime from 2:45pm to 3:00pm (15 minutes early). We kindly ask that you please don’t arrive before then — we’ll still have classes finishing.

Q: When does the party start?
The fun begins at 3pm sharp and activities run until 4:30pm.

Q: How long do we get the reception area?
After the gym fun, you’ll have the reception area until 5pm for food, cake, and high-fives. Please just give us a quick tidy up before you leave.

What to Bring & Wear

Q: What should participants wear?
- Comfy clothes to move in (activewear = perfect)
- Enclosed trainers/sports shoes — no crocs, sandals, or wellies! Some activities may be barefoot, but others definitely need shoes.

Q: Anything else to bring?
Just a water bottle — we’ll handle the rest. 💧

Food & Drinks

Q: Do you provide food?
We are not able to provide food or drink. Food is completely up to parents. Please feel free to bring your own snacks, cake, or order in pizzas / take away (Pizza is always a crowd-pleaser 🍕). If you're ordering in, we recommend having the food delivered around 4:15pm - 4:20pm

Q: Can we decorate the space?
Of course! You’re welcome to bring balloons, tablecloths, banners to make the reception area as festive as you like! 🎈

Parents & Guests

Q: Can parents stay?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to relax in the reception area. For safety, though, only participants and coaches are allowed on the gym floor. We do ask that at least one responsible adult stays on-site during the party.

Q: What’s in the reception area?
We’ve got you covered:

  • Trestle table for food
  • Benches / chairs to sit and eat
  • Fridge and freezer for keeping things cool
  • Kettle and microwave (sorry, no oven)

On the day

Activities kick off at 3pm! Our awesome coaches will take the group onto the gym floor for a quick intro to the day and a safety briefing. If you’ve got more than 10 participants, we’ll likely split into smaller groups to cut down on waiting times and make sure everyone gets maximum fun and action. Each group will have their own dedicated coach.


From there, participants will rotate through different stations to learn some cool parkour moves, tackle fun challenges, and later on join in group games and activities. We’ll also leave some free time at the end for everyone to enjoy the equipment and test out what they’ve learned.


The exact activities are up to our coaches on the day — they’ll tailor everything to suit the group’s size, age, ability, and energy levels to make sure everyone stays safe and has the best time possible.


Activities will wrap up at 4:30pm, and then participants will head back into the reception area for food and drinks (provided by parents). You’ll have full use of this space until 5pm to celebrate together.
